Resilience is a practice, not a destination
I believe that you already hold the answers you are looking for. But when you have spent your entire life trying to meet other people's expectations and masking who you truly are, that inner voice gets silenced.
My goal as a therapist is to help you turn the volume back up on your own instincts, so you can stop living on autopilot.
I understand the weight of the mask.
My journey to becoming a Social Worker wasn't just academic, it was deeply personal. Having navigated severe burnout and my own neurodivergent brain, I know intimately how exhausting it is to constantly push through the overwhelm. I know what it feels like to second-guess yourself and feel like an imposter in your own life.
Learning how to drop the mask and honor my unique brain changed everything for me. It is why I am so deeply passionate about helping you do the same. Whether you are navigating a formal ADHD diagnosis, strongly suspecting you have it, or are just entirely burnt out from people-pleasing, I get it. And I am here to help
A zero-judgment space
In our sessions, there is no "right" way to be. Whether we are untangling chronic stress, working through perfectionism, or finding strategies for your ADHD, my approach is warm, practical, and highly collaborative.
We will focus on helping you set boundaries that actually stick, learn to say no without panic, and build a life where your needs finally matter.
