I’m Nathalie O’Brien
Registered social worker with a main focus on ADHD counselling for teens, parents, and adults.
With a deep understanding of ADHD’s challenges—both personally and professionally—I provide practical strategies, emotional support, and a strengths-based approach to help clients feel more confident and in control.
I was diagnosed with ADHD when my daughter was six months old, giving me firsthand insight into the complexities of parenting while navigating my own neurodivergence.
My work focuses on helping parents manage the challenges of raising a child with ADHD while also supporting teens and adults in handling executive function struggles, emotional regulation, and daily overwhelm.
My first language is French, and I offer counselling in both English and French to ensure accessibility and comfort for my clients.
Whether in-person or online, my goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools to thrive
